1-1 Online coaching involves truly bespoke training and nutrition programming, frequent support by an in-app messenger
and weekly check-in with in-depth feedback, but most of all you will be signing up to work with our head coach Andy Dee
who has many years experience in the fitness industry and 15 years as a competitive bodybuilder.
Andy currently works with over 30 face to face clients on a weekly basis at Smart Fit Gym in Chorley, Lancashire
aswell as a portfolio of online clients based all around the U.K and Abroad.

Signing up is quite easy, simply click the link below to signup and purchase your first months plan at just £50
(then each month thereafter your £50 coaching fee will be on a direct debit basis ) you will then be contacted by Andy himself
who will send over links to firstly instal the app on your mobile device then you will be required to fill in some simple online forms including initial assessment, lifestyle questionnaire, medical analysis and simple consultation form so that we can start building your profile.

Usually within 48 hours we are setup and ready to go then it's over to you to jump on the scales, take some simple measurements and
your starting photographs then get ready for your new fitness journey to begin.

Your training program and diet suggestions will then be loaded into the app and you will be ready to start your transformation with Andy, each 
week you are required to check-in with your personal coach usually this is on a Sunday morning sending over new weights and measurements 
and photographs if requested. Please note you are not tied into any contracts or long term commitments we just ask for 30 days notice should 
you wish to cancel your online coaching package.
