family bootcamp

Family Bootcamp - This is our only fitness class that you can bring along the whole family suitable from ages 4 upwards it’s a more relaxed version of our main bootcamp with a mix of fun and games for everyone with the emphasis on team building with lots of laughs and giggles but still leaves you dripping in sweat.

Bootcamp - is a Circuit style class involving various stations with a mix of bodyweight and equipment and is ideal for all fitness levels as we vary each station depending on your physical ability each instructor down at Smart Fit will add his/her own style to each bootcamp class on our timetable.

TABOATA

Tabata - as been around the fitness industry for decades and again can be as challenging as you make it, suitable for the much improved athlete to new starters at Smart Fit with 8 rounds of 20 seconds work with 10 seconds rest each exercise is a mix of bodyweight or equipment based, the early morning Tabata sessions are a great way to start your day kick starting your metabolism and burning body fat for fun.

x FIT

X-fit - is a 45 minute circuit style workout. It includes different styles of training based on the fundamentals of cross-fit which change's every week including; This is a WOD workout speed and agility, strength, jump, cardio and more. ... The instructor guides and motivates you through each exercise helping you to execute each movement safely.

circuits

Circuits - is a class that is usually 45/50 seconds work with 10/15 seconds rest between each station, this can be as easy or as difficult as you make it with a complete mix of bodyweight and light weights again suitable for every fitness ability.
